I am a private practice therapist who works creatively! In my client work, I introduce seasonal connection and help clients understand how our bodies and mental health are impacted by the seasons around us. As an extension of this work, I offer creative workshops that link into the current season. I run 4 workshops each year for spring, summer, autumn, and winter. Each workshop includes a creative activity, connection, reflection, and guided meditations.
