I am Aneeqa Malik, an integral healer, researcher, Master Herbalist, and co-founder of The Chai Thesis.For most of my life, I was a researcher, transformation management consultant, and a community mobiliser. I did not set out to build a tea company.For me, being an integral healer means restoring coherence across the person, the community, and the wider field of relationship; reconnecting body, emotion, culture, and place. Through small-batch chai and herbal blends, I give this understanding practical form: tea as medicine, memory, and ritual.Raised in Lahore and now based in Glasgow, I hold a PhD in Integral Finance and Integral Soulidarity and originated the concept of Soulidarity. The Chai Thesis responds to the fading of Glasgow’s once-vibrant tea culture by crafting authentic blends and creating shared spaces for tasting, storytelling, and quiet belonging.
