I found my love for making and designing jewellery when I started a jewellery evening class, which then led me to study jewellery and silversmithing at Birmingham’s School of Jewellery where I studied for 2 years and completed the HND course.
I started my jewellery business on Etsy while at university, selling collections and creating bespoke commissions. I now have two collections and take on new commissions. Inspired by natural forms, I mainly work in sterling silver but enjoy working with all metals. My latest collection, The Four Elements, uses the lost wax process, allowing me to carve intricate designs before casting them in silver.
Away from the workbench, I’m a proud mum to two wonderful little boys - a 3-year-old and a 10-month-old who keep life very busy!
I’ve recently launched Make n’ Sip - relaxed jewellery and craft workshops designed to bring people together. They’re all about trying something new, making something beautiful, and meeting like-minded people in a calming and welcoming space.
I started running these sessions as a way to share my passion for making, and to create a relaxed, welcoming environment where people can come together, try something new, and leave with something they’ve made themselves (and a few new friends too!).
Each workshop is designed to be fun, informal, and accessible - a little creative escape from the everyday. Whether you come on your own or with a group, you’ll find friendly faces, all the tools and materials you need, and plenty of tea, coffee, and cake to keep the creativity flowing.
Come and carve, sew, shape, or stitch and most of all, enjoy the process.
