What you'll do
Join this six-week jewellery making and silversmithing course, a perfect activity designed for the complete novice. In three-hour weekly classes, you will learn the foundational skills needed to start creating your own beautiful pieces.You will learn how to safely use professional tools and understand the qualities of different metals. We will guide you through essential techniques, including:
- Sawing, shaping, and doming
- Embossing and texturing
- Soldering and chain making

Knowledge required
This course caters to the complete beginner ready to start their jewellery journey! No previous experience is required.
What to bring
You only need to bring yourself for the first couple of sessions, but for health and safety reasons, please wear long hair tied up and avoid open-toed shoes or loose-fitting clothing. It is also advised that jewellery should not be worn either as it can get damaged by handling of other metals.

Each event is built in with drinks and refreshments meaning that not only will you enjoy your day, you’ll leave with a solid foundation of skills you can build on in many ways.
