This intensive short jewellery course in Dunblane is a great introduction to a range of traditional techniques and tools used to make silver jewellery. What to expect:

  • Follow expert demonstrations and develop your skills at your own pace.
  • Learn to use a wide range of tools, from small hand tools to heavy-duty equipment, creatively and safely.
  • Build confidence working in copper before progressing to silver.
  • Browse a library of books and jewellery samples for inspiration.
  • Develop your own jewellery designs with support from experienced tutors.
  • Create one or more silver jewellery pieces, depending on the complexity of your designs.
By the end of the course, you'll have gained a solid foundation in traditional jewellery-making techniques and created your own handcrafted silver jewellery to take home.

  • Please tie long hair up.
  • Bring your own lunch and a lidded cup.
