I have brought my granddaughter to the Hobbycraft at Ferndown in the past this was the first time at the Poole branch and the experience was brilliant your member of staff was helpful very accommodating I will definitely be booking at this branch again well done

The teacher was very attentive to my granddaughter and helped her when needed different activities would be good

I thought your member of staff would help my granddaughter a little more she seemed to concentrate on a couple of the others after saying that my granddaughter enjoyed the session
