I am so pleased with the learn to crochet granny squares class I attended today. I arrived with a very basic ability and left having produced a lovely crochet square. I would recommend this class to anyone who can treble crochet and wants to progress. The lovely teacher was very patient with us and very encouraging when we felt we weren’t doing so well. I had a great time.

My friend and I joined one other lady to learn to crochet as absolute beginners. The small number in the class made it easy to have lots of one-to-one time with our lovely, patient tutor. The class took place in the store but we were enjoying learning so much we didn’t notice the shoppers. We learnt basic skills to get us practicing at home and starting basic projects. We have decided that we will be enrolling in the other class to learn how to make granny squares soon. Our tutor was knowledgeable and patiently explained techniques and we were able to progress at our own pace. We came away feeling that we had had achieved something good in starting to learn a new crafting skill
