Linda is a superb teacher who understands my questions and doesn’t overcomplicate her answers. She shows me how to do the things I want to be able to do, and lets me try myself. She answers specific questions and doesn’t bamboozle me (believe me I’m very easily bamboozled). She also showed me how to transfer my free Hobbycraft SVG files into cricut design space.

Robyn is extremely knowledgable about cricut but is perhaps more used to tutoring more experienced users. I needed help with with making a layered card, but a lot of the content went over my head although I thought I understood at the time. I am of course a bit of a slow learner in the cricut department and it takes a while for me to process information. Robyn wasn’t given any time to prep for my visit which wasn’t fair on either of us and something that hobbycraft should look at improving.

Teacher was super helpful, patient and lovely to be around. She answered sll my questions and showed me how to do the things I had been getting on. She also helped me with my purchases at the end (she was not upselling, I arrived with a list). I would highly recommend the 1:1 experience.
