Hi, I’m Samrawit Tekle, the proud owner of Asmara Bella Restaurant. Our restaurant has been recognized as one of the top 10 restaurants in Manchester by The Guardian, and I’ve had the honor of being featured on both BBC and Manchester First.

At Asmara Bella, we bring authentic flavors and heartfelt hospitality to every dish we serve. My passion for Eritrean cuisine and culture drives everything we do, and I love sharing this with our community. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a regular, my goal is to create a warm, welcoming experience where you can enjoy delicious food made with love.

I’m excited to offer cooking classes where I teach you not just recipes, but the stories and traditions behind each dish. Teaching allows me to connect with people who appreciate great food and culture, and it’s a joy to see students discover new flavors and skills.

With years of experience running a successful restaurant and being recognized by major media, I bring both expertise and passion to my classes. I look forward to sharing this journey with you!
