Hey there! It's China and Diane here: a mother-daughter duo otherwise known as Robin Rose Bakes. We started RRB in August 2021 as Lincolnshire's only 100% gluten-free and dairy-free bakery, then expanded in May 2024 to open our first coffee shop and secondhand bookshop: Robin Rose Bakes & Books.

As purveyors of free-from bakes, we take quality very seriously. None of this "it's good for gluten-free" or "it's good but you can tell it's dairy-free". Our bakes are just good. Full stop.

Something we're very passionate about is helping others learn how to make their own free-from food, as it's becoming more and more of a common issue. In fact, close to 60% of U.K. consumers consider a dietary requirement in their household when doing a grocery shop (Nils-Gerrit Wunsch, 2023).

With China being diagnosed coeliac and Diane being dairy-intolerant, we've got a breadth of experience both personally and professionally with allergens. And although Robin Rose Bakes has been running since 2021, we have a combined 20+ years of baking and hospitality experience between us that we can't wait to share with others.

So, whether you've got a dietary requirement or you find yourself completely 'normal' (what is normal anyway?!), we're here to help teach you to bake, decorate, and cook whilst considering allergens.
