Classes: Experiences

I've always felt a kinship with nature. Even as my career path took me down the road of classic office jobs, my lunch breaks were always spent outside. A welcome break from my desk, finding local wildlife was what I needed to reignite my day.

So this is why I started Re: Nature, using my love and passion for the outdoors to instill this in others. Everyone knows that spending time outside in nature is good for you, but this is only half the story. What's more important is HOW you spend time in and interact with nature!

Come and join me for a session, whether it's mindfulness in nature or a bird-watching safari. I will open your eyes to the natural world around you and leave you feeling refreshed.
