  • Our experienced barman/barlady will lead the class through interactive demonstrations, allowing you to witness firsthand the magic of cocktail creation.
  • You will experience up to 3 cocktails during the class, including demonstrations and one cocktail personally crafted by you, plus a shot of limoncello.
Please note that some cocktails are demonstrated by our mixologist and may be shared between participants depending on group size.

They didn't know we were attending and shoved on the end of the bar for a "private cocktail class" in the middle of a busy bar. Our teacher started off ok, but we didnt get the history or masterclass promised on the website. Website states this class gives you a total of four cocktails each, we were only promised two and a half each until we spoke up. After speaking up, we were shown (reluctantly) how to make only 2 cocktails out of four. The third we weren't shown how to make and the fourth we didn't get to after becoming the last people in the restaurant with a somewhat unsettling atmosphere, so we left with a shot of limoncello each as we had enough, especially considering the price. We ended up paying to be privileged to feel inadequate.

As this was done in the busy small bar and restaurant I struggled to hear anything and sitting at the bar the view was not great. This should be in a seperate area where everything is accessable. They were missing various spirits, no cherries even! We had a great night as the people and food was great but this was not a cocktail masterclass!

Best cocktails by far in Manchester - but it didnt stop there!!! It came with food which was fantastic!!! Highly recommend - will definitely be back!!!

When we arrived, we were given a cocktail and told that two new staff members would be making the drinks. It felt awkward watching them being put on the spot, especially as it was late and the restaurant was very quiet. The food was really tasty, but limited. The listing mentioned a much larger Italian sharing board with items like ham, cheese, focaccia and olives, none of which were served. The quality was fantastic though and we particularly enjoyed the arancini. The biggest disappointment was the “class” aspect. We weren’t given the chance to make any cocktails ourselves. When I asked, I was told that the staff would make them and show us, which isn’t what was advertised at all. We were also served only three cocktails in total, not the four listed. I asked about this while at the venue, but nothing came of it. Overall, the experience didn’t reflect what I paid for or what was described.

The teacher is nice and funny and friendly. Last picture is me being too happy with the class. 10/10 really recommended. I solo travelled and still enjoyed it so much!
