Precious Hyness is a fashion designer, educator, and founder of Hyness School of Design in Milton Keynes.

A graduate of the prestigious London College of Fashion, Precious refined her craft working with leading designers and was nominated for Designer of the Year at London Fashion Week 2016. Her foundation in professional fashion design informs every class she teaches.

What began as a fashion brand evolved into a creative education space dedicated to confidence, craftsmanship, and self-expression. Through Hyness School of Design, Precious offers thoughtfully curated sewing ateliers for adults and young creatives, combining technical skill with timeless design principles.

Her teaching style is calm, encouraging, and detail-focused, supporting complete beginners through to more experienced makers. Students leave not only with garments they are proud of, but with lasting skills and confidence.

Alongside her adult sewing ateliers, Precious leads the Junior Design School, a creative programme designed to nurture the next generation of designers through hands-on garment construction and fashion-focused learning.
