Permission to Play - Art Workshop

In this Manchester art workshop, I give you Permission to Play! It's a session for anyone who has ever said they weren’t creative enough to create art. If you feel intimidated by a blank page or don’t know where to begin, join me for a series of playful sketching activities designed to help loosen up your inner artist and quieten the voice that says you can’t draw.This mindful art activity requires absolutely no experience and combines drawing, movement, and play. You will learn how to let go of expectations and simply enjoy the process of making marks.You'll leave this workshop feeling creatively refreshed, armed with a new, playful approach to drawing and the confidence to continue your artistic expression.Please note:

• All materials and refreshments are provided.
• This workshop is suitable for ages 14 and over. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• The art studio is on the ground floor with a single step up. There will be the option to stand for some activities, and you can easily take part while seated if preferred. Please be aware that the toilets are not wheelchair accessible.
• The venue is a three-minute walk from the Holt Town Metrolink stop. There is on-site parking for bikes and cars.
