What you'll do
Looking for a creative outlet that's a bit different than the norm? Come along to this collage workshop in Salford and make your own odd creature illustration using cut paper.Through this workshop, you will learn how to use paper as an illustration technique combined with other materials to create your own creature character. Under the guidance of your friendly host, you will be encouraged to use your imagination to give your character a name, a backstory, and imagine the world they inhabit. Collage is a very forgiving medium, so it's ideal for newcomers to the art world, but you'll still have plenty of guidance throughout to make sure you're making the most of the class.By the end of the workshop, you'll have a one-of-a-kind creature, along with the skills to continue exploring papercraft and character design on your own.
