What you'll do
Join experienced yoga teacher Sue and crafter Christine for an afternoon that blends movement, creativity, and deep relaxation. You'll start with gentle yoga, move into refreshments and conversation, then create your own bespoke aromatherapy eye mask before using it during a restorative guided relaxation to close the session. It's a perfect combination of doing, making, and unwinding – all within a couple of hours.This workshop welcomes all abilities in both movement and craft. The yoga is gentle and accessible, and the sewing is straightforward – you'll hand-stitch your eye mask with guidance from Christine, personalising it with your choice of fabrics and aromatherapy scents. Then comes the lovely finale: lying back with the eye mask you've just made, letting the guided relaxation wash over you as Sue guides you into deep calm. There's something special about using something you've created to help yourself relax.Whether you come solo or with friends, you'll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and inspired by what you've made and experienced.Please note: bring a water bottle, a small towel, and wear comfortable clothes. Yoga mats, all craft materials, and refreshments are provided. If you'd prefer to bring your own yoga mat, please do.
