Hi, I’m Mimi, the heart behind Mi & Flow & Make Space. Movement and creativity are my two favourite sanity bringers, and over the years I’ve woven them together in my own practice and teaching. Whether guiding mindful yoga, leading aromatherapy blending, or creating spaces to explore, my focus is always on making space:space to movespace to breathespace to createspace to connectI’ve trained in accredited yoga and holistic practices, and I’ve guided people through workshops, classes, and events, helping them find presence, balance, and joy in small, simple rituals.
