Low Flow is a mixed level sequence class where you'll learn a routine on the hoop!

If you've been looking for a new way to keep fit and improve your flexibility or just want a break from your normal routine, drop in to this beginners' aerial hoop class in Brighton and experience this unique and fun discipline for yourself.

Aerial hoop routines combine the relaxing forms of yoga with the kinetic movements of a suspended hoop, leading to flowing, artistic movements with plenty of room for self-expression. Led by a local expert, each session will begin with a stretch and warm up before you'll enjoy some simple conditioning exercises, with demonstrations provided by your tutor. Then you'll move on to the main event, where you'll learn up to three sections of combos on the hoop.

By the end of the class, once you have the hang of all the transitions, you'll then work with your teacher to piece it all together to create your final sequence. This class is the perfect place to add your own personal flair and express your personality on the hoop.

With all the hoops rigged low, this class is suitable for all experience levels, but is ideal if you want to build your confidence as a beginner. Don't worry if you're a first timer, as you'll have all the support you need from your friendly teacher, who'll ensure you're happy, comfortable and getting the most out of your class.
