What started as a beginners course has now grown into a wonderful community of like-minded and caring students. All genders, levels and abilities are welcome to learn aerial in a non-judgemental, safe space. Learning a new discipline can be scary but we all have to start somewhere! The benefits of increasing your body awareness, flexibility and strength are not just physically beneficial, but also mentally stimulating.
Whether you're a budding performer, experienced fitness fanatic or complete newbie, Brighton Aerial Arts has something for everyone. Our motto is 'Get fit and have fun' and we stand by that! Classes are always fun, innovative and a great workout.
