We will guide you through how to transfer your design onto the Lino
Carve Your Design
Learn to use the carving tools, safely and effectively. You will have some time to have a practice using some helpful hints and instruction cards to elevate your design.
Ink and Print
Choose from a variety of ink colours. Learn how to stretch and apply the ink evenly to your Lino block to achieve a great print!
- Choose a ready-made template or create a design of your own.
- Learn how to transfer your chosen design onto lino.
- Discover how to carve your design safely using a variety of tools.
- Explore the basics of inking and printing your lino block.
- Create a collection of lovely Christmas cards to share with friends and family.

At Atelier Whimsy, we believe in the power of creativity and self-expression. Our journey began with a passion for Arts, Crafts and Design, and we strive to inspire others through our variety of Mobile Workshops.We are two work friends who wanted to bring our love and knowledge of the Arts out into the community. We have both studied and worked in a variety of Art practices and now enjoy sharing this in our workshops. We love printmaking, textiles, painting and creating a warm, friendly atmosphere for people to learn and enjoy them with us.
