Wendy Pauls, is behind Lightwine Arthouse, encompassing creative enterprises in the Arts and culinary world which uplift the spirit and nourish body and soul. She is a professional plant based chef of over 45 years experience, and co created several fresh food restaurants, she is also a registered qualified homeopath since 2005, and a painter of living things. She has taught plant based vegan and vegetarian cookery and ran many art classes, both to so called beginners, and those who have held a paintbrush before.

Recently she and poet husband Fynn are preparing to host international guest chefs to teach in their purpose built home kitchen.

"They will showcase not only their talents, but will share their enthusiasm for recipes and methods which are close to their hearts. Classes will be small, allowing for an intimate and authentic window into their culinary world which we can then transfer onto our own tables at home.
