Your friendly teacher Larry is a leaf musician with almost ten years of experience to share in this fun, eco-friendly hobby. So you can rest easy knowing you're in good hands as you learn to play music using only a sustainable, low-carbon instrument — leaves!
You don't need any leaf whistling experience, as this course is beginner-friendly, with demonstrations of all the techniques you can expect to use as you channel your inner musician across five relaxing sessions.
You'll finish this playful journey into leaf whistling with some brilliant skills to continue developing in your own time, along with a new passion for leaf music.

I'm Larry, a leaf musician and educator based in the UK since 2022. I came across musical leaf (leaf-whistling) as a lifelong hobby and found it exceptionally playful with the values of music and horticultural therapy.
Leaf whistling is a part of human heritage. You can play music using only a sustainable, low-carbon musical instrument — leaves! It's cool, exciting, and something most people have never tried. It's live music with a live musical instrument!
I started this hobby in 2013 and now tutor in leaf-whistling in the UK. As a keen gardener, I love working in my home garden and connecting with fellow horticulture and music lovers.
By sharing my passion for teaching and communicating with music lovers, I hope I can welcome others to the unique and joyful activity of musical leaf whistling!
