Hi, I’m Kristina

I fell in love with weaving back in 2022 during an intensive course, and I haven’t put my hands down since. Over the last few years I’ve been creating baskets and woven home décor that are made to be used and loved, not just admired on a shelf.

My signature material

I work with paper vines — strips of paper hand-rolled into sturdy tubes, then sealed with water-based varnish. Once treated, they become as solid and durable as traditional wicker or rattan, but lighter and eco-friendly. You get the classic look and strength of basketry, with a modern, sustainable twist.

Alongside my studio work, I’ve run several live weaving workshops where complete beginners walked in curious and left with both new skills and a beautiful piece they made themselves.
