Alternatively you can choose from a selection of pretty Liberty cotton fabrics including William Morris designs.Your friendly and talented teacher will guide you along the way as you learn to sew, cut and stuff your way to a gorgeous keepsake. It's perfect for beginners to learn some sewing skills and you'll walk away with something made entirely by you, with love!During this workshop, you will use fusible interfacing and cut your heart using a template. You'll explore three different but easy hand-stitching techniques, as well as stuffing the inside to complete your perfectly symetrical heart. As a finishing touch, you can personalise your hand-sewn project with embellishments and a co-ordinating ribbon loop.Once your masterpiece is complete, you can package it up in one of the gift boxes provided and tie it off with a matching ribbon and tag. Whether it's destined for display at home or as a gift, this class is sure to leave you beaming with pride at what you've created!

Bring along one or two items of clothing that hold special memories for you. That outfit hidden in your wardrobe deserves to be on show once again! (There will also be a choice of pretty Liberty cotton fabrics to use instead of clothing if you prefer).

Since then I have made thousands of bears and keepsakes, which offer much comfort to families missing loved ones. I also use other sentimental clothing including baby clothes, wedding dresses, military and school uniforms. So now I'd like to pass my keepsakes making skills onto you!
