I’ve spent more than 30 years working in the food and catering industry.I was born in Australia to Greek immigrant parents, my siblings and I grew up 'in the back of the shop'.We had food catering restaurants and food outlets in Westfield Malls for over 50 years during my parents' working career before they retired. There we learned the trade, doing everything from washing pots to serving high teas and catering for large weddings and events.Get ready for an unforgettable culinary adventure!
