Discover the magic of working with glass at this glass fusing class in Glasgow, where you'll create your very own handmade glassware – no experience, and no cutting required.
Using an exciting array of pre-fired frit balls and pre-fused glass pieces, you'll layer, arrange, and design your creation from scratch. There's a generous supply of materials to play with, patterns to work from if you'd like a starting point, or complete freedom to follow your own imagination and see where it takes you. Full instructions are given at the start of the session, so you'll always know exactly what you're doing – and the whole process is as relaxing as it is fun.
Once your design is complete, it'll be carefully photographed then packed up to head back to the kiln for firing. After it's been fired and finished to your specifications, your piece will be sent straight to your door via Royal Mail's tracked service – so you've got a beautiful, functional piece of glassware to look forward to, whether it ends up on a stand or hanging somewhere you love.
It's a wonderfully feel-good way to spend 90 minutes – the kind of hands-on, low-pressure creative experience that leaves you wondering why you didn't try it sooner.

I first discovered my passion for glassmaking 30 years ago, and from that moment, I knew I wanted to dedicate myself to it fully, gaining a BA(Hons.) in applied art and then honing my skills through years of practice and experience. There's something endlessly rewarding about glassmaking, and I enjoy sharing that excitement with anyone willing to learn. Teaching has always been a natural extension of my passion. I love guiding students through the process, watching their confidence grow, and helping them discover their own creativity. I aim to make every class personal, inviting, and fun, because learning is always more memorable when it's engaging and genuine.
