Hi, my name's Mills, and I run a brand called NOTS. I'm a designer and maker, and I make artisan bags and accessories incorporating lots of different craft practices. I created NOTS 5 years ago whilst I was working as a commercial fashion designer, designing outerwear and ski wear.I've always needed a creative outlet and to physically make things to feel accomplished, to pour my energy into. NOTS was something that went from a hobby to a full-time job in the last 3 years.I teach lots of workshops in Manchester and London. My workshops focus on connection, creativity and engaging with those who aren’t always involved in the craft world. I'm passionate about learning new things and encouraging people to learn what brings them joy. Being able to introduce people to my practice and show them how much happiness making brings is a really special part of NOTS.I've been teaching crafts for about 3 years now. I've collaborated on workshops with brands like Arc'teryx, Adidas, Nike, Carhartt, Eastpak, Salomon. I've been practicing lampwork for around 3 years now and I'm really excited to start my one-to-one classes in Manchester.
