Foraging Fridays: A Seasonal Creative Open-Workshop

An end-of-week creative escape where we forage, craft, cook, and connect around natures found treasures.

4.5 hours Class size 1 to 15 guests       £29

Fridays are made for slowing down a little, and I’d love for you to join me for something a bit different. Foraging Fridays: A Seasonal Creative Open-Workshop is about stepping away from the week’s busyness and letting nature guide our creations.
When the weather is kind, we’ll take a gentle walk on the common at 5pm to see what the season has to offer, gathering fruits, flowers, vines, and foliage. Whatever we find, we’ll bring it back to the workshop at 6:30pm and see where it takes us. If you’d rather skip the walk, you’re welcome to meet us straight at the workshop, and I’ll make sure there’s plenty gathered for you too. (You will see both times in the booking options.)
At 6:30pm back at the workshop, the evening flows quite loosely where you can choose your own creative path. Some people might be simmering jam while others are trying their hand at botanical printing or wreath-making. You don’t need to follow the same path as everyone else — what you make is entirely up to you.
We’ll finish with a bit of food and conversation around the fire pit (when the weather’s kind) or the kitchen table, which is often where the best ideas (and connections) happen.
If you’d like to get a feel for the kinds of projects we might make, have a peek at my other workshop listings — you’ll see how varied and seasonal they are. Each week brings something new.
Mostly, I hope this gives you a little space to pause, make with your hands, and enjoy being part of a creative gathering.
A quick note: Our home is shared with two friendly (and sometimes diva-like) dogs. They’ll happily join us on the forage and then potter about while we’re in the workshop. They’re likely to get a bit bored once we’re busy making, but if you sit by the fire pit later, you might just find one climbs into your lap for a cuddle.

FAQ

Do I have to join the forage?
Not at all. You’re welcome to meet us directly at the workshop at 6:30pm — we’ll make sure there are plenty of seasonal finds for you to work with.
Will I take something home?
Yes! Each participant will create at least one seasonal craft or preserve to take home, often more.
Is food included?
Yes, we’ll have light refreshments and picky bits to share around the table. If you’d like to bring something along, you’re welcome to, but it’s not required.
See more FAQs
Can I bring children?
This workshop is designed for adults, but older children (12+) are welcome if accompanied by an adult who can support them throughout.
What if it rains?
The forage may be shortened, but the workshop will always go ahead indoors, with plenty of materials ready for us to create together.

At Correll Club, we create relaxed, welcoming spaces where you can make things with your hands, try something new, and spend time around others doing the same.
Our workshops are designed to feel calm, accessible and genuinely enjoyable — whether you’re crafting natural body care, learning simple repair skills, experimenting with seasonal materials or just taking a bit of time out to create something for yourself.
You don’t need experience, and you don’t need to be “creative”. We’ll guide you through everything, using thoughtfully chosen materials and simple techniques that you can take away and use again at home.
At the heart of it, Correll Club is about more than the thing you make. It’s about slowing down, learning practical skills, and sharing space with people in a way that feels natural and easy.
Come along, try something different, and leave with something you’ve made — and a little more than you expected.
