  • 5/5 from Charlene, attended Jan 2025: I booked this workshop as a Christmas present for my friend. It was so much fun! The teacher Maria is really friendly and explains the steps clearly. We did a square tester and then decorated 4 coasters. You get to keep the paint pouring kit as well so you can do some more at home. I'd highly recommend booking this workshop
  • 5/5 from Wendy Bluck, attended Aug 2024: We had so much fun! Maria was a great teacher, very patient & encouraging. Our coasters will have pride of place at home.
  • 5/5 from Minna, attended Jun 2024: We had a really fun time celebrating a birthday at this private class! We were complete novices to paint pouring and learned a lot from our teacher Maria, who was very happy to share tips and techniques to make our coasters a fun memorablia of the day. We got to take them home at the end of the workshop, and received thorough advice on what to do next with them. I'd highly recommend this workshop as it's always nice to go get inspired, make a mess, and not worry about spilling something on the carpet. Thanks Maria for a super fun workshop!
  • 5/5 from Sarah Tolley, attended Jun 2024: The class was very good value for money (I even got the tale home the pouring kit). It was good fun and Maria was very helpful and attentive.
  • 5/5 from Amy-Leigh Schofield, attended Apr 2024: Maria was so lovely, informative and we had an amazing time. We got to take home the kit we used and will definitely be paint pouring at home! Really worth the money. Thank you so much Maria xx
  • 5/5 from Nikki Morgan, attended Apr 2024: We loved are time with Maria, she is a patient and knowledgeable teacher. Thank you for our workshop, we so enjoyed it and would love a follow up session. Nikki & Christine x
  • 5/5 from Sara Brady, attended Mar 2024: Really enjoyed it and came away with some lovely coasters and an acrylic paint pouring set
  • 5/5 from Jody, attended Dec 2023: Our teacher, Maria, showed us different techniques for painting with acrylic and helped us to create beautiful coasters. All the materials were provided. We were able to leave items there, to pick up a few days later, once the paint has dried. This workshop was a fun way to try a new craft while having the valuable support of a teacher.
  • 5/5 from Jackie, attended Sep 2023: Great messy fun! Enjoyed the workshop & its a nice touch that you can take the kit away for more home fun. Look forward to seeing the coasters once they are dry.
  • 4/5 from Jenny Garden, attended Sep 2023: The instructor was very good and the hour flew by. We were able to try a couple of different techniques but the class really should have been longer to allow you to finish your four coasters. It should also be clearer that the items would need to stay at the venue to dry. Also a bit more space would be of great benefit as we were in the shop, people were passing right next to us and we were leaning against displays!
  • 5/5 from Helen Durrant, attended Jul 2023: Our tutor, Lucy, was so patient and encouraging. Easy to understand instructions and she was extremely engaging. The kit provided was amazing and very generous and we were thrilled to be able to take it away with us. We took aprons with us, which were rather useful! We would recommend that either aprons were provided or advice given to bring one with you as it can get messy, plus to collect at least 3 days later for them to fully dry. A thoroughly enjoyable course and we now have a basic knowledge of the process and the materials needed to progress further.
  • 5/5 from Susan Charlton, attended Feb 2023: I really enjoyed the class, the teacher was lovely and most helpful. The material supplied for us to use was very generous I have lots left to work with at home. Excellent value for money. Just one very small suggestion we did need a larger table to work on.
  • 5/5 from Helen Miles, attended Jan 2023: Another great workshop from Hobbycraft. I had a whale of a time with the very friendly and talented facilitator, and we produced some amazing results. Lots of tips and tricks, different ideas and inspiration. The time flew by! Can’t wait to sign up for more! LOVED IT!
  • 5/5 from Samantha Ward, attended Oct 2022: Great teacher who was very friendly. Enjoyed workshop very much and think it’s great that the craft kit is included.
  • 5/5 from Heidi Brown, attended Aug 2022: Lucy was very friendly and the acrylic set we received was amazing, everything you needed was in there. We were shown two methods of painting, you can’t help but make a mess, but was very happy with the end result. Looking forward to trying some more at home.
