Flavours of Manchester Tours is a locally run food, drink and history experience bringing the story of Manchester to life through the city's incredible food, people, culture and heritage.

Founded and led by Daniel Vegas, Flavours of Manchester was created from a passion for Manchester and a desire to show visitors and locals a different side of the city. Rather than simply walking past historic buildings and hearing dates and facts, guests experience Manchester through its flavours — tasting local dishes and drinks while discovering the stories behind the places they visit.

Our experiences combine Manchester's fascinating industrial heritage with its modern food, drink, music, science and cultural scene. From the rise of Cottonopolis and the transformation of Ancoats and the Northern Quarter to Manchester's remarkable history of innovation, creativity and social change, every tour combines storytelling with genuine local food and drink experiences.

Flavours of Manchester welcomes tourists, locals, private groups, corporate teams, celebrations and educational groups, with experiences designed to be informative, relaxed, social and, most importantly, delicious.
