Dumpling Making Class with Canapés

Guided by our qualified chef, Maisie, you'll learn how to make over twenty dumplings to devour!As you walk into this cooking class, you'll be greeted with an array of canapés including curried chicken wontons, Vietnamese fresh spring rolls and Thai prawn puffs with plum sauce. From there, we'll show you how to make dumplings from scratch and all the tips and tricks to several folding beautiful dumpling pleats. You'll make over 20 dumplings and will get to try everything you make. Filling options are either pork and ginger or vegan peanut, mushroom and tofu. This dumpling class is designed with complete beginners in mind, so don't worry if you've never made dumplings before, we'll show you everything you need to know. At the end of the class, take a seat while we steam up your culinary delights for you to eat!Please note:

• For private events, there is no minimum group number required. You may have less than 20 guests, but the minimum price will remain at £1000.
• A logistical conversation is required before quoting big classes.
• Public classes require a minimum of 14 guests to run. In the unlikely event that this number isn't reached, the class will be cancelled; we'll inform you and allow you to get a refund or reschedule.
