I’ve spent more than 30 years working in the food and catering industry.

I was born in Australia to Greek immigrant parents, my siblings and I grew up 'in the back of the shop'.

We had food catering restaurants and food outlets in Westfield Malls for over 50 years during my parents' working career before they retired. There we learned the trade, doing everything from washing pots to serving high teas and catering for large weddings and events.

My classes are lively, hands-on, and full of laughter, where you'll dive into the vibrant world of authentic Greek cuisine - using my Grandmother's cherished recipes, high teas, easy to make meals all using the freshest local produce, you'll not only learn to cook—you're guaranteed to have a fantastic time along the way.

You will learn to cook a delicious meal and then sit down to enjoy it with a sea view.

I believe that cooking and learning a new cuisine is for all ages, and good food and learning to cook a fantastic meal and enjoy eating it at the end is the best reward!
