Hello, I'm Helen, I'm a mobile therapist and owner of Calm Touch Therapies.

I am a qualified clinical aromatherapist and it was essential oils that led me to become a holistic therapist. For a long time I had an interest in them and when I was made redundant from an office job, decided to make my hobby something more. I love using essential oils in everyday life and use them in my massage treatments.

I love sharing my knowledge of the oils and how they can be used safely. I also love how, combined with massage, they an be a powerful well-being tool.
