What to bring
Glasses or contact lenses if normally worn, including reading glasses.Closed-toe shoes are essential. You will not be able to participate in the class if you are wearing open-toe shoes or sandals.Loose items of clothing must be secured or removed, and long hair must be tied back.For full-day classes, a packed lunch is advised to make the most of the time available. A microwave and kettle are available for your convenience.
