They were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, funny and enjoyable to listen to. Lots of food, we brought containers to take food home with us. We also enjoyed that it wasn’t just cooking meat, we also made some amazing sauces/marinades. They were happy to answer any questions, they were also happy to talk about other cooking knowledge they had if you wanted to speak about anything else. Will definitely be going back for another cooking lesson with a different type of food (Italian or Mexican).
