This jewellery making workshop is a great introduction to working with silver and a chance to see if you enjoy making jewellery.
If you are interested in learning how to make your own sterling silver earrings, along with learning general silversmithing skills, then this is the class for you.
The earring class is suitable for absolute beginners to people with some prior experience who may wish to build upon skills they already have.
The skills you will learn during the course are how to identify the correct metal widths and tools needed to make earrings, along with how to identify what findings are required to make the different types of earrings.
During the course, students will make One pair of earrings of their choice.
This course is very interactive, and continued support is offered throughout the length of the course, whilst at the same time allowing students to work independently.
The course runs for 2 hours, but on the odd occasion can slightly overrun to enable students to complete the piece of jewellery they are working on.
