What you'll do
Ever wanted to make your own jewellery? With this silversmithing workshop in the Cotswolds, you'll discover just how easy it can be! Working alongside a local silver expert, you'll create your own stunning stacking rings or a bangle at this three-hour workshop in the gorgeous Cotswolds countryside.You'll learn a whole host of nifty crafting skills, from ring sizing to soldering metal, sawing and polishing to create some beautiful, handcrafted silver jewellery to bring home with you, or even give as a unique gift. Not to worry if this is your first time working with metal, as your friendly silversmithing star will be on hand throughout the session to offer tips and advice on how to make your work really shine.This workshop involves hammering and therefore it can get quite noisy at times!There'll also be a selection of delicious, freshly-baked cakes on offer, along with tea, coffee — and maybe even a little glass of something bubbly to finish! It's the ideal way to get into this exciting hobby, and would make a fabulous gift for a jewellery-obsessed friend or a brilliant bonding activity for mum.

The location is in this lovely, warm, specially built workshop with lots of wonderful crafting touches. Tea, coffee and cakes are not in short supply and the host (Emma) was wonderful. Caroline ran our silversmithing workshop and talked us through everything step by step. Lots of options to personalise and only a group of 8 so plenty of time for her to help us individually. I will be back to Larkswold for more crafting ️
