In this welcoming beading class, you’ll learn how to design and create your own beautiful set of jewellery: a bracelet and earrings to take home. Whether you’re completely new to jewellery-making or simply looking for a relaxing creative activity, you’ll discover that the process is enjoyable, accessible and easy to follow.
During the workshop, you’ll receive clear, friendly guidance on how to choose colours, combine shapes and attach your beads securely. You’ll work with a selection of colourful glass, wooden and ceramic beads, along with elastic, findings and simple tools. Every step will be demonstrated, and you’ll have plenty of time to practise, ask questions and develop your ideas at your own pace. You may arrive feeling unsure, but you’ll soon feel calm, focused and proud of what you can make.
By the end, you’ll have learned new skills, enjoyed a mindful creative experience and created a unique bracelet that reflects your personality. You’ll leave with a special handmade treasure and the confidence to continue exploring beading independently

I've been teaching jewellery making workshops in Lancashire for years, and honestly, there's nothing quite like the moment when a student realises they've just created something beautiful with their own hands.
It all started with my love for working with silver and mixed media. What began as a personal passion quickly grew into something bigger when friends started asking, "Can you teach me how to do that?" Now, I've taught hundreds of students at venues across Lancashire, guiding them through everything from silver pendants to botanical resin jewellery and printing.
Why I Love Teaching
The best part of my job? Watching someone who walked in saying "I'm not creative" leave two hours later wearing a piece of jewellery they made themselves. That transformation never gets old. I design my workshops so you actually take something home the same night – whether it's a resin pendant, or silver earrings you've crafted and finished yourself.
