This Advanced Bartending Experience is designed for confident, intermediate-level bartenders who already have experience behind the bar and want to level up their skills through extended, hands-on practice.
This is not a beginner course and not a classroom-based programme.
It is a practical training experience delivered inside a real working cocktail bar, where participants use the bar environment to refine techniques, improve speed and gain confidence through repetition.
The experience takes place one bartender at a time, during live bar service, allowing participants to practise in realistic conditions while receiving professional supervision and feedback from experienced instructors.
This format is ideal for bartenders who already know the basics and want extended time behind the bar to practise, experiment and grow under real service conditions.

Total duration: 40 hours
The experience runs only during selected weeks and always starts on a Wednesday.
Training is delivered over 2 consecutive weeks, using the same fixed weekly structure to ensure consistency and continuity.
When booking, participants must select the Wednesday start date of the experience.
Once the start date is confirmed, training takes place over two consecutive weeks according to the schedule below:
Week 1 & Week 2
Wednesday: 17:00–21:00 (4 hours)
Thursday: 17:00–21:00 (4 hours)
Friday: 18:00–22:00 (4 hours)
Saturday: 14:00–22:00 (8 hours)
Total training time: 40 hours over 2 consecutive weeks (20 hours per week).
All sessions take place during busy live service, allowing experienced bartenders to use a real bar environment to practise, refine techniques and improve speed under realistic working conditions.

Knowledge required
This experience is not suitable for complete beginners and not intended for highly senior bartenders.
Participants should:
  • Have around 1 year of bar or bartending experience
  • Be confident preparing classic cocktails
  • Be comfortable working behind the bar during live service
  • Have a basic understanding of bar setup, service flow and bar etiquette
This experience is ideal for early-stage or intermediate bartenders who already know the fundamentals and want to build speed, confidence, consistency and efficiency through extended practice in a real bar environment — rather than learning basics from scratch or attending a theory-based course.
