Recent reviews of Festive Chocolate Truffle Making Masterclass
- 5/5 from Wes Prosser, attended Dec 2025: I really enjoyed the masterclass in truffle making. The teacher was very informative about where coco seeds come from and how the company deal direct with the farmers so they get 100% of the money for their product, which I liked. After a bit of background about the company it was time to make the truffles. Making the ganache was fun and informative, then making the chocolate coating was fun and I learnt about tempering chocolate. Made the truffle and decorated them. I thought the value of the course was spot on. It was nice to take away the truffles we’d made.
