The session began with baking cupcakes, followed by hands‑on guidance in working with fondant and creating decorative shapes. We then moved on to piping techniques, and I was genuinely impressed with how beautiful my finished cupcakes looked. The class was engaging, well‑paced, and a perfect way to spend two & a half hours on a Sunday. I’m already exploring future courses at the Milton Keynes Cooley School — highly recommended!!

The class was fun, relaxed, and incredibly well taught. Bav is absolutely amazing, very professional, extremely patient, and genuinely passionate about teaching. I learned so much, felt encouraged every step of the way, and walked away feeling proud of what I created. I highly recommend this class to anyone, especially beginners. There were a variety of ages present from children up to older adults like myself. Bav was able to make the course accessible for us all.

Bhavna was an excellent teacher, helpful, clear instructions and several new skills learned by us. We were surprised how much we managed to achieve in 2 and half hours. We learnt how to make the cupcakes, use fondant and pipe the buttercream. I would definitely attend again with another family member. My daughter lived the piping and was very good. The venue was just the right size and there was plenty of parking.

I booked this class to do with my step daughter and when we arrived; we were welcomed by Bhav who offered us hot drinks / water. The kitchen we worked in was clean, tidy and very well organised. The instructions we received throughout were clear and the demos we had during the class were also really helpful. No question that was asked by the group was a silly question and we learnt a lot about how to bake the perfect cupcake, as well as how to decorate them! The piping work was really great and it was fun making our own fondant creations too…Bhav was really patient and helpful whilst we weee making our creations. We then received an email along with the recipe after the class too. A really great time - both me & my step daughter loved it!
