With a background spanning 16+ years in education, including as a Head of Department, alongside counselling and psychotherapy, creativity became a turning point for me during Covid-19. In a period of uncertainty, creativity gave me something tangible to return to — a way of finding meaning, calm and a sense of self when everything else felt in flux.
What began there grew into a serious art practice, with my work shown in a London gallery, at several exhibitions and alongside other established artists through art agencies. I then moved into teaching art, particularly resin, before developing Hava Stone Creative Experiences — a wider collection of material-led experiences spanning resin, glass engraving, botanicals, fragrance, tea blending, mosaic, cyanotype and more.
Since then, I’ve created and facilitated experiences for private celebrations, corporate teams, hospitality venues, festivals and community events, including Adobe’s London headquarters, Balans No.60 Soho and Living Crafts.
My background in teaching and psychotherapy still shapes the way I work. I care as much about the atmosphere in the room as the finished piece — creating experiences that feel welcoming, beautifully considered and accessible to complete beginners.
For me, the best creative experiences help people slow down, connect, become absorbed in the process and leave with something they’re genuinely proud to have made.
No experience needed — just curiosity.
