I have been creating my whole life and have over 25 years experience of using creativity to create an income. Creativity has helped me through some pretty wobbly seasons. Making with my hands and working with scent could switch off the mental noise and switch on a deeper sense of self. That one small habit became a life’s work: I’ve since built creative businesses, developed signature scents, and taught thousands of people to make professional products to then start a business from scratch. Life casting, personalised gifts, candles, perfumes and mindful home-fragrance - all with a gentle, welcoming vibe.Why I’m passionate about this workI believe creativity is our route back to being - a way to reconnect with ourselves and the world around us. Scent is especially powerful: it reaches the parts of the brain linked to emotion and memory, so a single inhale can shift your mood in moments. • 26 years as a creative entrepreneur and maker; I’ve trained makers across the UK and abroad to start their own creative business who are now thriving.
• Led hundreds of workshops from cosy studio sessions and family days to corporate team experiences and away-days.
• Qualified NLP Practitioner, EFT Practitioner, Reiki Master, Theta Healer and aromatherapy/perfume formulator — I blend these skills to create restorative, creative experiences.
• Regularly design bespoke scents and private label products for fellow therapists, coaches and brands.
