Hi, my name is Marie.

I am the founder of BreatheWell MCR, and I am a certified Functional Breathing Instructor and Integrative Breath Facilitator.

I am passionate about bringing the power of the breath to the community through group classes as well as working with clients one to one in Urmston and the Greater Manchester area.

I have been running a wide range of classes and workshops to help people connect to their breath, gain mastery in leading a calmer life and also discovering the power of the breath in fun and interactive ways.

I am also a professional baker and have had years of experience in teaching baking workshops. With my combined experience in meditation, mindfulness, breathwork and a real love of food, i can offer classes that merge all these together to immerse your senses.

My motto is : breathe better to feel better (and treat yourself along the way for a life in full balance)
