Your teacher
Coyle Studio was founded by Manchester based designer and maker Izzy Coyle. After graduating from Chelsea College of Art in 2021 with a Textile Design degree, she established her studio practice and brand. Her work explores colour, process and commonplace materials through collage and mixed media work as well as her main specialism, knitted textiles.Izzy is an experienced knitwear designer and has worked with fashion brands and designers to design, develop and produce high-end knitwear. Drawing on this industry experience, she now teaches beginner machine knitting workshops, sharing the fundamentals of the craft.
