Hi, I’m Becky, the founder of Westfield Coaching.

I work with people who have busy minds and want clarity, confidence, and a calmer way forward—without pressure, overthinking, or long, uncomfortable conversations.

I’ve spent over 25 years using creativity as a powerful tool for personal development, confidence-building, and wellbeing. Through my background in education and coaching, I’ve seen again and again how creative, intuitive approaches help people think differently, trust themselves, and create meaningful change—no artistic skill required.

In my sessions, I use expressive art techniques and Sand Play to help quiet mental noise and access insight through intuition rather than analysis. These gentle, hands-on methods allow clarity and understanding to emerge naturally, often in ways that surprise people.

At Westfield Coaching, I offer creative workshops, immersive studio days, and wellbeing experiences in a calm, judgement-free space. Each session is carefully shaped to help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what really matters—so you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more confident in yourself.
