What you'll do
Design / Trace Your Arabesque Tile
Use some of our ready made Arabesque designs to inspire you. These can be altered to help you create your own unique design. If you have an image or drawing in mind, bring it along with you!
Introduction to Lino Tools
You will be guided through the use of Easy Cut lino, the tools and how to use them effectively. Carve your design ready for printing!
Print Your Lino Design
Using the inks provided, you can experiment with a variety of colours to produce a beautiful Arabesque Lino Print!
- The class will be interactive and hands-on, allowing you to experiment and learn at your own pace.
- You will be working with specialised relief printing materials to bring your designs to life.
- The experience will leave you feeling inspired and amazed by what you can create with your hands.
- If using your hands for long periods is uncomfortable or difficult, we have alternative materials that allow you to achieve a beautiful print with less effort.

At Atelier Whimsy, we believe in the power of creativity and self-expression. Our journey began with a passion for Arts, Crafts and Design, and we strive to inspire others through our variety of Mobile Workshops.We are two work friends who wanted to bring our love and knowledge of the Arts out into the community. We have both studied and worked in a variety of Art practices and now enjoy sharing this in our workshops. We love printmaking, textiles, painting and creating a warm, friendly atmosphere for people to learn and enjoy them with us.
