What you'll do
Fancy a quick stress-busting activity to give yourself (and your brain!) a break from screens, emails and deadlines? This unique painting class is for you!In this expressive workshop, you will take inspiration from the landscape and use found objects as tools, from wool and twine to feathers, bottle tops and discarded plastic /wood. You will learn how these tactile objects can be used as implements, to make brushes or pens to create an abstract painting.You will take away a 30x30cm painting on canvas board, as well as all the creative skills and inspiration you picked up during the class. This class would be ideal for a "drop-in" activity over lunch time, as part of a wellbeing event or as part of a company away day. Please note:
- All add-ons are priced per person apart from the self-catering option.

We are Tamalia and Sue, professional artists and the mother and daughter duo behind the MADEbyTamalia brand.We are passionate about sharing the arts for wellbeing and as well as working with companies, we enjoy running community events for local charities and supporting environmental causes.Tamalia studied for 6 years in art and, alongside teaching, is a sculptor who works with resin, plaster and recycled materials. Sue a professional photographer for over 25 years is also a practising watercolour artist with a style that is expressive, delicate and loose.
