Already confident with basic spinning on a wheel or drop spindle? In this 3 week technique-focused course, you’ll take your skills further with advanced methods that add versatility and control to your spinning.
You’ll learn how to:
  • fibre preparation
  • fibre drawing techniques
  • plying techniques
  • yarn balance and consistency
  • yarn finishing
This course is ideal for spinners who want to refine their technique, explore more complex methods, and gain confidence with less familiar fibres or tools.
Whether you have learned on a wheel or a drop spindle, you can try both during this course.
