- Location: Leigh Woods sits to the south-west of Bristol, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Thanks to its position on the edge of the Avon Gorge, it boasts a unique ecology and is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).
- Nik will meet you at the Leigh Woods car park from 9.30am, with the workshop starting at 10am.

This workshop is specially designed for those wishing to improve their artistic practice and hone their skills in making work outside. Nik will support your decision-making and help you navigate the practical issues of working in the woods.
What to bring
- Please wear comfortable clothes and footwear appropriate for outdoor drawing. It is greatly advisable that you bring warm layers of clothing and wet weather gear.
- You are also encouraged to bring your own drawing kit to use during the day.
- You will also want to provide yourself with a packed lunch and drinks.
